Record what the source actually says
The preferred evidence is a company-operated contact or help page. Where an airport or another organization supplies a route, we identify that source instead of labeling it company-published. Main service, reservations, baggage and third-party product contacts remain separate when the source distinguishes them.
Do not confuse publication with a live test
A source-reviewed date records a review of the published information. It does not mean a telephone was dialed, an agent answered or a request succeeded. Page-build and editorial dates are separate from contact evidence.
Keep limits beside the route
Regional access, department restrictions and known uncertainty matter. A number may work only from a particular country, while an online page may require sign-in or redirect by location. An inaccessible source is not proof that its number is wrong, so older evidence is not silently given a new date.
Choose completeness over invented precision
We do not fill a missing telephone with an unrelated call center. Nor do we manufacture queue times, popularity badges, company ratings or a best time to call. Published hours belong to the provider and can have holiday exceptions.
Corrections need a traceable destination
Tell us which listing or route needs attention and, when possible, provide a current provider source. Editors check the purpose and region before making a change. A request to replace a company number with a separate sales service is not treated as a routine correction.
